Shipping
Orders ship within 2–3 business days after your business details are confirmed. Standard delivery across the US typically takes 3–5 business days. Shipping is free on all shop orders.
Personalized products
Each device is pre-configured with your Google review link before it ships. Because every order is customized for your business, fulfillment begins after we confirm your business details from checkout.
Returns & refunds
Because hardware is personalized per business, we do not accept returns for buyer's remorse or change of mind.
We will provide a replacement or full refund (at our option) if your order arrives defective or damaged on arrival, provided you notify us within 30 days of delivery at hello@rating.cards with a description of the issue and, if requested, photos.
After 30 days, all hardware sales are final except where required by applicable law.
Carrier delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier once your order has been handed off for delivery.
